About Tana.

Licensed Physical Therapist
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Oregon in 1999. I graduated from Chapman University with a Master of Physical Therapy in 2002. After having my third child, I discovered the Tupler Technique (R) and used the Perfect Pushing (R) Technique to give birth to my fourth and fifth children, successfully avoiding C-sections. I became certified as a Tupler Technique Master Trainer in 2017. I am successfully recovering from an 11-finger diastasis recti following the birth of my fifth son in November 2016.

My Goal
I am determined to help other mothers like myself who are experiencing pain and who struggle with body image caused by Diastasis Recti. My ability to speak both English and Spanish allow me to reach a more diverse group of men, women, and children and to bring the Tupler Technique (R) across language barriers. Tana is excited to be the first Tupler Technique (R) Master Trainer in the Lone Star State!
